The ESS Series shredder is perfect for size reduction in one stage to a final particle size of greater than 16 mm. The ESS is ideal for a variety of material, including large, voluminous and problem materials, lumps and purgings, plastics containers and drums, and film, fiber, or paper.
The extremely rugged, heavy-duty design features a slow rotational motor that provides uniform shredding without long pieces. With a rotor speed of 80 RPM, the ESS shredder operates with minimal noise and energy.
The ESS Series is available with various types of hoppers and numerous electrical and control options, including reverse amp overload.

Superior Cutting Action. he rotor is fitted with "staggered" style square knives positioned on heavy-duty outboard style bearings.
Rugged Gearbox. The rugged self-aligning gearbox is able to transmit the heavy shock loads often encounteredy while shredding heavy material.
Better Approach Angles. The self-contained hydraulic power-pack controls the arc style ram. This style ram uses gravity to allow material a better approach angle tothe rotor.
